"I felt sick when he saw naked images of Louis on the Internet," said Rowlands, who lived not far from her grandmother in Walkden, Greater Manchester in England, reports the Daily Mail.
"I'm furious, disgusted and disappointed about this - they must check every picture before boarding. He played in the park and we really did not expect him to be photographed and placed on the internet to see anyone."
Once notified, the Google spokesperson told ABCNews.com the photo was immediately replaced with a picture that blurs the child from the waist down.
"We certainly understand that these photos can be extremely sensitive and are of interest," he said, adding that Google has a tool which lets people mark the images that they think are inappropriate or sensitive.
Another Google spokesperson told the Daily Mail photo was replaced within an hour after the marked. Fig Street View has been challenged before.
In 2008, the couple from Pittsburgh has sued the company, claims that Street View has violated their privacy. The pair claimed the company has passed Google's privacy when collecting their pictures.
In the year 2009, a district court in Pennsylvania dismissed the case, but in January, a federal appeals court reopened the case.
Privacy groups in Europe have repeatedly questioned the approach of Street View on privacy.
