JAKARTA - The ability of Indonesian people in creating the Internet site is apparently very high negative. Negative sites made in Indonesia dominate the list of the most frequent sites were blocked by the Domain Number System (DNS) Newsletter.

General Chairman of the Management Board of the National Association of Indonesian Internet Cafes (Awari) Irwin Day declared from 100 sites that are often blocked by DNS Newsletter, a third made in Indonesia.
"A third of the 100 large sites most often we block all of them is a program made in Indonesia," Irwin said in Jakarta. Irwin said there were four main sites of the most negative made by programmers Indonesia, including pornographic sites, gambling, fraud, as well as sites which contain viruses. Filters negative sites such as DNS Newsletter is currently widely used in line with government steps to block porn sites on the month of Ramadan. However, there are still some negative site content that passes the filter. The government admitted using the key words that smelled of pornography in an effort to block porn sites.
As a result there are some sites that do not nonporno deliberately blocked or there is a porn site that is not blocked because they have different keywords. Irwin stressed, to filter out the negative content-makers must recognize the characteristics of the negative sites. He gives an example for a porn site where the current site makers no longer use the words that have been prevalent.
"It's rare to use the word sex to a pornographic site, so they use words that other key. So this information should always be updated," he said.
Yesterday, the Ministry of Communications and Information threatening Internet service providers (ISPs) and carriers who had not block porn sites in order to immediately enforce the ban. Previous six giant cellular operators have carried out tests at blocking porn sites Kemenkominfo Office. The six operators were selected because the represent the largest market share for internet users in Indonesia, which is about 87 percent. The six operators, namely Bakrie Telecom, Indosat, Indosat Mega Media (IM2), Telkom, Telkomsel and XL Axiata, has passed the test.
"It is not us (the government) want to be discriminatory.
