3D TV in Japan Less bestselling

2010 is considered as 3D technology transition. This is evidenced by the increasing number of electronics companies that provide 3D TV.

But unfortunately, the TV with the latest technology, this lack of response from consumers. Indeed the market in the United States (U.S.) welcomed with enthusiasm, but to my surprise, has not developed into a 3D TV in Japan. In fact, many electronics companies based in that country.

Indeed, a survey conducted by Kakaku recently found that about 70 percent of Japanese consumers are not interested in buying a new 3D TVs for their homes.

A survey quoted by Reuters, Monday (05/07/2010) blame the lack of enthusiasm for 3D Japan for several reasons such as television prices are too high, the special 3D glasses that are not too interesting and the lack of 3D content available.

"Expectations high for 3D television makers but to see the level of interest among consumers, there is a large gap with the enthusiasm of manufacturers," explained spokesman Tsuyoshi Kamada Kakaku.

"However, manufacturers continue their efforts to promote the 3D TV in Japan," he said.
