NASA Discover 54 Alien Planet Candidate Home

The possibility of finding alien life has increased after the 1200 NASA finds new planet. In fact, 54 of whom believed the potential for alien life.

Previously, only two of potentially habitable planets outside Earth's solar system. Thus, NASA's chief scientist William Borucki said, 54 is unusually large number of highly and never imagined before.

This information comes after U.S. scientists announced the discovery of a new planetary system consisting of at least six planets orbiting the star two thousand light years away. New solar system was successfully caught NASA's Kepler telescope.

Called Kepler's Star 11 is similar to the Sun. However, all the planets in orbit is too close to the star, making it difficult to live in a state similar to Earth.

"This is not only a wonderful planetary system, but also provide a more slick new method for measuring the mass of the planet," says Dr. Daniel Fabrycky from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Although there are some planets that have not been confirmed, but astronomers believe 90% of these objects are planets. Furthermore, scientists conduct additional research related to planetary size, material composition, temperature and distance to the star. To support decent lives, need specific atmospheric conditions and the presence of water and carbon.
