Research: Most of the deaths Accelerate Seating

NEW YORK - Too much sitting each day can become a weapon to accelerate the death of someone. Because, sitting in a long time will increase the risk of serious health.

Usually, in anticipation of this, people believe if most sitting must be balanced by going to the gym for a workout routine. But apparently, the researchers found something else. In essence, continued Patel, a person's health would be endangered if he spent more than six hours a day just to sit.

Before giving this conclusion, Patel has conducted a survey involving more than 120,000 are believed to take place with no history of cancer or heart disease. The result is found, oranng those who spent more than six hours to sit down each day will increase the risk of early death.
